Brittany Dubyoski, Founder & Independent Insurance Broker, CPIA, AFIS
Brittany is an accomplished and trusted certified insurance advisor with over a decade of proven experience in helping clients successfully navigate risk and opportunity. Her vast insurance knowledge enables her to offer insight for even the most intricate of insurance needs. In her spare time, Brittany is an avid equestrian and horse owner, and has been riding and showing since 2001. She is also a dog-lover and trains her dogs for AKC agility competitions and invitationals, and enjoys showing and competing with them at the highest level in the sport, including Westminster & Nationals. Additionally, Brittany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Marketing from Sacred Heart University and graduated Dean’s list. She founded this practice to provide a personalized approach to each client’s unique insurance needs, while committing to the highest-level of client-care.
Stephanie Puleo, Customer Service Representative

Stephanie is our customer service representative specializing in horses and farms, and provides exceptional organizational and administrative support to the business, along with servicing a variety of client needs. Leveraging her strong clerical and communication skills, she enhances a myriad of customer service and project activities, as well as assisting with claims. Stephanie is proud to have received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with minors in Psychology and Nutrition from Southern Connecticut State University. She is also a passionate and spirited equestrian, competitively riding for over 10 years. Stephanie looks forward to assisting the organization and clients with insurance services support, while cultivating client relationships and customer care.

Tara Webber, Assistant Account Executive

Tara is a United States Marine Corps Veteran that embodies integrity and a passion for serving others. With a commitment to exceeding client expectations, Tara brings over 20 years of experience in the equestrian community. Growing up on her parents’ horse farm in Nokesville, VA, she gained extensive knowledge and education in equine care and farm management. Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time at the barn, attending horse shows, fly-fishing and embarking on adventures with her husband. She also has a love for Italian cuisine and her loyal German Shepherd, Kimber. Tara eagerly anticipates efficiently assisting all clients, old and new, while fostering lasting relationships through a personalized approach.

Kyra Fratus, Personal & Commercial Account Manager, CPIA

Kyra brings strong organizational skills and a passion for business and helping others. She grew up splitting her time between her family’s cottage in Niantic, CT and her hometown of Rocky Hill, CT. Kyra went to Southern Connecticut State University to study marketing and is well-equipped to meet all your personal and business needs with expertise and enthusiasm. Outside of work, Kyra enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on the beach, cooking and embarking on new adventures with her fiancé.  She has a love for reading and finding new and exciting recipes to try. Kyra is dedicated to supporting all client by cultivating meaningful relationships and trust.
